The site is clean and easy to get around, which I appreciated because I don’t have much patience for confusing layouts. A few pages do feel a bit old and could use an update, but overall it’s solid

I’ve been using iggsoftware for a bit now, and the app does what I need most of the time. It’s useful, the layout is fine, and when everything is connected right, it makes tracking stuff a lot easier.

The problem is the account syncing can be kinda all over the place. Like, one day my accounts update with no drama, then the next day one bank just sits there doing nothing or asks me to reconnect again. Not a total disaster, but yeah, it gets irritating.

I’ve checked the support info and sometimes that helps, but I still wish the syncing was more solid. Roughly put, the app is good, but the syncing part feels like the loose screw that keeps rattling around.

I mostly use IGG to keep an eye on my portfolio performance, it’s been useful. Setup took a bit of time, not terrible, just had to get everything in place, but now it’s easy to check how things are going without digging through a bunch of stuff. Straightforward, and it does what I need!

Maybe it’s just me, but I had a hard time using the budgeting tools to clearly track where my money was going. I was hoping it would make spending easier to understand, but it ended up feeling a bit confusing and not as helpful as I expected.

I had to reach out to support after running into an issue, and they got it sorted quickly. My sister was with me when I was trying to figure it out, and we both appreciated that the support team explained things in a simple way instead of making it complicated. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I use IGG on both my Mac and iPhone, and for the most part the syncing has been smooth. My changes usually show up quickly, and I haven’t had anything disappear or get lost. I did have one time where it took a little longer to update, but closing and reopening the app fixed it. I’m sure other customers might run into the occasional hiccup too, but overall it’s been reliable enough for me

I ran into this odd bug after an update and sent IGG Software a message, not expecting to hear back that fast. But they replied quickly and just asked for the info they needed, without turning it into a whole thing.
The fix showed up not long after, and whatever that was, it actually took care of the problem for me. It’s nice when a company seems to pay attention instead of just leaving you stuck. Really happy with how they handled it.

The customization seems okay overall. I haven’t dug into every single option, so I can’t say for sure, but from what I’ve used so far it feels like there could be a few more choices. Still, it works fine for basic stuff

The monthly price is easy to manage and the service works fine for what I need. I just didn’t love the way I felt brushed off when I had a question, like it wasn’t really worth their time. Overall it does the job, but that part was a little frustrating

It just feels confusing to use. I was poking around and couldn’t really get the hang of it without feeling a bit lost.

I used it to bring in some old CSV files and export reports later on, or maybe it was the other way around at first, I was juggling a few things that day. Either way, it went smoothly. It wasn’t perfect the first time, but the fixes were simple enough and didn’t take long. Definitely saved me a lot of time compared to moving everything manually.

My bank activity shows up with the right dates and amounts, which sounds like a small thing, but after dealing with apps where I was always correcting stuff, it’s a relief. Maybe it’s all standard stuff, who knows, but trust matters a lot to me with these things.

The updates have been okay so far. I might just not be checking closely enough, but the roadmap still feels a bit slow and unclear to me. Hoping it gets easier to follow soon.

It does work, but I kind of regret not realizing how clunky the reconciliation process would be. It takes more time than I expected, and it can feel a bit frustrating when I just want to get through it quickly

I’ve been using iggsoftware for a bit now, and for the most part it gets the job done. I can’t say for sure if it’s the app itself or something with my device, but I’ve had it freeze while I’m entering info and a couple random crashes where I had to open it back up and double-check my work. It’s not unusable or anything, just frustrating when it happens. If the stability gets better, I’d probably like it a lot more.

Most of my accounts connected without any hassle, even my credit union, which I didn’t expect. One of my cards still isn’t supported, so I figure there are probably a few gaps depending on who you bank with. But for the most part, it’s been handy and saves me time.

I didn’t expect much at first, but it’s been surprisingly helpful. It gets most of my transactions sorted into the right categories, which saves me a bit of stress. Every now and then I have to fix something, which is a little annoying, but overall I’m happy with it.
